What this policy covers
This document describes the najeto.com website. What happens to data in the mobile app — including purchases, analytics and the biometric lock — is set out in the app privacy policy.
What we process and why
- The e-mail from the discount form — so we can send you the discount code and news about the launch. You confirm the sign-up by clicking a link in the e-mail, so nobody else can add you to the list. Legal basis: your consent. Kept until you withdraw it, at most 24 months.
- Ideas and votes — a name or nickname, the text of the idea and an anonymous identifier in your browser so the same person cannot vote twice. Legal basis: legitimate interest in developing the product and preventing abuse.
- Technical logs — a hashed IP address and the browser type, for security and spam limiting. We never store the raw IP address.
Who we share data with
- Our hosting and database provider (Cloudflare, servers in the EU).
- Our e-mail delivery provider, solely to send the confirmation and the discount code.
- Nobody else. We do not sell data or pass it to advertising networks.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object. You can withdraw consent at any time — every e-mail carries a link. The operator is based in the Czech Republic, so the supervisory authority is the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, Prague 7. You may also complain to the supervisory authority in your own country.
