What the service covers

Najeto is a tool for keeping your own vehicle records. The free version covers one vehicle with all the core features. The PRO subscription unlocks unlimited vehicles and the mileage log. Selected features can be unlocked with a one-off purchase instead of a subscription — what each offer unlocks is stated with the offer in the app.

PRO subscription

• The subscription is taken out and billed through the App Store or Google Play and is also governed by their terms.
• The price, the length of the billing period and the date of the first payment are shown in the app before you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in the store settings, at the latest 24 hours before the current period ends; it stays active until the end of the paid period.
• The 50 % discount for people who signed up before launch applies to the first billing period after release and cannot be combined with other discounts.
• We validate purchases through RevenueCat — details in the app privacy policy.

One-off feature purchase

• A one-off purchase is a single payment with no automatic renewal. It permanently unlocks the feature named in the offer — not the PRO subscription as a whole.
• The purchase is tied to the store account it was made with. On another device with the same account you restore it with “Restore purchases”.
• We may keep developing and changing the feature. If we stop offering it, it stays available to you in the last released version of the app that contains it.

Withdrawal and refunds

• We make the purchased feature available immediately once the purchase is confirmed. You expressly agree to this and acknowledge that your right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days ceases as a result (Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code).
• Refunds beyond that follow the rules of the store you bought from — Apple for the App Store, Google for Google Play. You file the request there.
• Your rights from defective performance are not affected. If a paid feature does not work, write to info@najeto.com and we will sort it out with you directly.

Liability

The app is a record-keeping aid. Deadline reminders are indicative and do not replace your own duty to keep track of your roadworthiness test, insurance and other documents. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for meeting your legal obligations. The mileage log in the app is your own record; whether it satisfies your tax authority or your employer is for you to judge.

Backups

Your data lives on your device and the app does not back it up anywhere automatically. You export a backup to a file and store it yourself — do it regularly. We are not liable for data lost through a device fault, loss or reinstallation.

App lock

The biometric lock is optional. It protects opening the app; it is not data encryption and not a substitute for securing the phone as a whole. We are not liable for access gained to an unlocked device.

Changes to these terms

We will tell you in the app about any material change at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree with it, you can cancel the subscription and uninstall the app.
